Our Delivery Process
Providing that we have your item in stock, your order will be dispatched within 3 working days, either by Royal Mail or by one of our approved couriers. If your item is out of stock it may take slightly longer to process your order. In this case we will contact you by email or phone to discuss your order. Depending on the value of your order and the delivery service selected you may need to sign for your delivery upon receipt. If your item is being sent out with our courier service (usually for next working day deliveries) then you will be sent a tracking number so that you can view your parcels progress and see your delivery day.
Although we do our best to keep your delivery charges as low as possible, additional charges sometimes apply to some deliveries. These usually apply to islands and highlands, as well as Northern Ireland. If this is the case then we will contact you either by phone or email to discuss any additional charges before processing your order. If you have any questions regarding delivery to your address then please do not hesitate to contact us.
While we make every effort to deliver your items on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays within the Royal Mail or the courier network. Adverse weather conditions can also cause delays with your delivery.
We try our best to make sure that your item arrives in an immaculate condition however sometimes problems do occur. If you discover that there is a fault with the item you purchased within the first 14 days then simply contact us and we can discuss options to sort the issue for you.
What we don't cover...Unfortunately we cannot accept items that have been damaged due to improper use. These include:
- Accidental damage, staining, torn etc.
- Personal underwear that has been worn (unless it is faulty)
- Bras that have underwires and have been put in the washing machine.
- Tights/Stockings that have been worn (unless faulty)
- Swimwear that has been worn and hygiene strip removed.

Returns Policy for Unwanted Items
If you do not like the items you have ordered, you may return the items in their original packaging within 14 days of placing your order. The item must be in an 'as new' condition for us to provide you with a full refund, complete with all packaging and accessories. Please note that we are unable to refund any return postage costs. Before returning any items to us please contact us so that we can discuss your options and issue you with our returns address.
Returns Policy for Incorrectly Supplied Items
If we have sent you the wrong items for your order, you should contact us as soon as possible (generally within 48 hours of receiving your delivery). We will work with you to resolve the issue so that we can send you the correct items ASAP.
Before returning any items to us (whether faulty, unwanted or incorrect), please contact us first. We are able to process most returns within 3 working days of receiving them.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment ). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
