In line with our Whites of Kent retail store policy, we are pleased to offer a 100% guarantee that if you are dissatisfied in any way with the products you have ordered, we will exchange them or provide a refund. The goods should be returned unworn, all labels intact and all garments should be in a proper resaleable condition and are required to be returned within 14 days of receipt. Orders paid using Paypal need to be returned to the Whites of Kent Returns Department. Goods can be returned either to our Faversham store or posted to the following address : Whites of Kent Ltd 2-3 Court Street Faversham Kent ME13 7AN Please use the returns label enclosed with your original order and note that postage will need to be paid for. Please remember to obtain proof of postage from your Post Office. In order to return goods to our store you will need to print off a copy of the invoice that was originally issued via email - attached to the notification of despatch email. The order confirmation cannot be accepted. Without this invoice goods will only be exchanged at their lowest value since purchase in store and no refund will be given.
